Job description

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in the Command Operations Group (COG) within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Responsibilities will include conducting studies, evaluating processes, developing end-to-end digital solutions, and designing data visualizations to aid in decision-making. Additionally, this position will collaborate with project teams and apply analytical methodologies to address client needs. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
Design and simplify work processes.
Prepare operations and procedures manuals.
Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training and education on using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Coordinate meetings, keep meetings on track, record minutes and actions items.
Payrate: $83,000 to $91,520 Annually REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (BS or BA).
At least four (4) years of experience as an analyst in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Must be a US citizen.
Must be able to obtain base access.
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to management, operations and life-cycle management of military acquisition programs.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint-based solutions.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to complex business environments and situations, able to manage multiple priorities and projects, without affecting the deadlines and overall delivery.
Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation.
