Job description

Are you detail -oriented and proactive professional looking to contribute to a dynamic sales team? You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales process. Your duties will include:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process new residential planned maintenance contracts
  • Quote new in-house commercial contract opportunities
  • Perform data entry for opportunities in CRM
  • Review customer supplied service agreements
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Maintain Sales Quota data in Smartsheet's & Excel reports
  • Support Contracts Manager and Rental Department as needed

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability to work as a team member on project
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2 years of contract or customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
