Job description

Title Technical Program Manager (OCO/DCO) Location Fort Meade Description Markesman Group is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (PM) to lead our dynamic team in the realm of Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) in Fort Meade, Maryland. The PM will be responsible for overseeing the execution of highly technical program deliverables as well as interfacing effectively with government stakeholders to meet mission requirements. Requirements/Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred. TS/SCI w/Poly The PM must possess a solid technical background, either through formal training or substantial on-the-job experience, in CNO tool development, OCO, or DCO. The PM should have experience working within AGILE/DevSecOPS frameworks The PM should have experience conducting code reviews/audits The PM should have a working knowledge of the SDLC as well as a demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements creation The PM should preferably have experience leading teams conducting software development The PM should demonstrate exceptional personnel management skills suitable for leading and managing a program of this nature. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OCO/DCO missions, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. The PM must excel in decomposing complex mission requirements into actionable tasks for the team. The PM is accountable for ensuring the accuracy and veracity of technical deliverables on the contract. This involves implementing rigorous quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and reliability of the delivered solutions. Responsible for interfacing w/ the Government team and ensuring mission requirements are met. Proven experience leading highly technical programs in the realm of cyber operations. Strong understanding of CNO, OCO, and DCO principles and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenging environments. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
