Responsibilities Peraton is hiring a SIGINT System Development Support Systems Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a SIGINT System Development Support Systems Engineer on our team, you will be on the ground floor of the development and integration of a new system that is going to enable large-scale SIGINT-related analysis. You will provide systems engineering expertise, support and stakeholder needs management to the customer through design, development, implementation and maintenance of systems engineering documents, processes and other artifacts. You will provide expertise to and on behalf of the customer in internal and external meetings and working groups. Qualifications Individual Capabilities Required: Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 years of general systems engineering experience or a high school diploma or GED plus 19 years of general systems engineering experience, or a Master's degree or PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 13 years of general systems engineering experience. Experience in developing documentation, requirements, and methodology to support mission and customer needs. Ability to assist the customer with planning, production of reports and briefings as well as programmatic documentation. Must have TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
