Sr. Software Engineer - Web Based Visualization - UI/UX - TS/SCI w FS Poly MD only Location: Laurel, MD 20723 - Some telework: initial on-site period followed by telework opportunities. Generally, development is low-side and can be done remotely. Deployment is high-side so will be on site. Clearance: Top Secret / SCI w/ Full Scope Poly (MD only) required. Education & Experience: High School + 18 experience OR
Bachelor's degree + 14 years' experience Essential Duties & Responsibilities Join our team to develop web-based visualization software that allows users to explore large amounts of data from a knowledge graph in a web environment. Implement new analysis techniques to help with user exploration, UX interactions and explore data relationships. Help identify the best visualization approaches for data investigation. Required Qualifications: • Experience with front-end JavaScript development and JSON
• Experience integrating web UIs with existing tools and APIs
• Experience with data visualization libraries like React, D3 and Vega-lite
• Knowledge of how to optimize websites for performance
• Python experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing software to handle data flows in a compliant way
•Experience with our customer's security and compliance requirements
•Experience with Elasticsearch
•Knowledge of how to manage systems that store massive quantities of data
•Development experience Required Clearance: • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance (MD customer only). Must have used in last 2 years.
