Artificial Intelligence Developer (MUST BE A US CITIZEN). An ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED. Thomas & Herbert Consulting (T&H) has a very exciting, senior manager position for an
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer) to design, code and integrate AI Solutions in support the
firm's Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) initiatives. T&H is one of the first small businesses
approved to mentor other small businesses via the Department of Defense (DoD) and National
Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Mentor Protege Programs. We are seeking additional
agreements within DoD and the IC to deliver support to a broader range of small businesses. Our
MPP Agreements are focused on innovative technologies such as Cyber Security, Cloud
Computing, digital AI and related technologies. The candidate selected for this position must
be innovative and have a solid understanding of the intersection of technology and business,
and how to leverage technical staff and contractors to deliver training and other
developmental assistance to our protégés to help them become viable prime contractors
capable of delivering Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, digital Artificial Intelligence (AI) and
related technologies to DoD/IC customers. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated OpenAI Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning,
and natural language processing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
maintaining AI solutions using OpenAI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of
AI algorithms, data structures, and software development principles. You will work closely with
data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions that meet our
business needs. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to
work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest
advancements in AI technology. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and
developing AI models, integrating them into existing systems, and optimizing their performance.
You will also be responsible for conducting research to improve the accuracy and efficiency of
AI models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful
deployment of AI solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support and
guidance to other team members, as well as contribute to the development of best practices and

Responsibilities (MUST BE A US CITIZEN): Design and develop AI models using OpenAI technologies. Model, build, and test AI software to ensure it can take on large swaths of data and achieve desired results. Use Python, JavaScript, and C++ to create a faster, more capable AI. Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for projection accuracy. Work with AI SME and data scientist to ensure seamless AI development and integration. 1 , Collect, organize, and present progress with team leadership and stakeholders. Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications. Conduct research to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI models. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI development. Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and systems. Ensure the security and privacy of AI solutions. Monitor and analyze the performance of AI models in production. Collaborate with product managers to define AI requirements and deliverables. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress. Develop and deliver presentations on AI solutions and their impact. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI development. Strong knowledge of OpenAI technologies and frameworks. In-depth knowledge of computer programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, and C++. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Deep understanding of data science, linear algebra, algorithms, and statistics. Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate cross- functionally with different teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
