Description Are you a seasoned researcher with a robust background with the Department of Defense (DoD) or similar environment? Do you have extensive experience in testing, measurement, and experimentation with cutting-edge AI technologies? Are you passionate about AI Assurance and eager to influence senior leaders and decision-makers to integrate these critical requirements into their programs? We are looking for a dynamic individual who can champion the importance of AI Assurance and drive its adoption across various programs, ensuring the deployment of safe, reliable, and effective AI systems. As an AI Assurance Subject Matter Expert, you will Work directly with our sponsors to develop AI Assurance plans across a wide range of projects
Design experiments for real world AI systems in defense and healthcare
Analyze real-world data to ensure validity and reliability, supporting assurance of critical government missions
Collaborate with a skilled team of AI researchers at the forefront of defense and health testing Qualifications You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you have A Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with at least 5 years of experience in crafting test plans and scoping requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences and translating project requirements into technical milestones
Hold an active Secret level security clearance and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
You'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you have Ten-plus years of experience in test and evaluation or a Ph.D. in a related field
