Responsibilities Provide weekly metrics to senior leaders. Maintain Defense Agreement repository access control for authorized Resource Managers and Agency Agreement Managers. Perform system queries and analyzes relevant data to provide solutions to leadership and affected stakeholders. Interact with support personne1 worldwide, coordinates annual Triennial Review actions to effect compliance with Department of Defense policy. Support internal policy development/enforcement efforts related to support agreement processes. Distribute operational taskings to Functional Area Agreements Coordinators (FAACs) and Support Agreements Managers (SAMs). Monitor status of all tasks to completion, and briefs leadership, as directed. Maintain daily coordination with the customer. Ensuring the timely execution of all contractual actions per the statement of work. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education Possess fifteen (15) years of Military experience or fifteen (15) years of experience as a Support Agreements Coordinator, Support Agreement Manager, or Functional Area Agreements Coordinator qualifying for the respective position and possession of High School Diploma, or Possess ten (10) years of Military experience or ten (10) years of experience as a Support Agreements Coordinator, Support Agreement Manager, or Functional Area Agreements Coordinator qualifying for the respective position and possession of an Associates' college/university degree relevant to qualifications of position, or Possess five (5) years of Military experience or five (5) years of experience as a Support Agreements Coordinator, Support Agreement Manager, or Functional Area Agreements Coordinator qualifying for the respective position and possession of a Bachelor's college/university degree relevant to qualifications of position. Experience/Knowledge Previous experience as a Support Agreements Coordinator, Support Agreement Manager, or Functional Area Agreements Coordinator (REQUIRED) Previous experience or familiarity with the International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) system (PREFERRED) Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction, Support Agreements, 4000.19 including respective military service component equivalent support agreement policies (REQUIRED) DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR) 7000.14-R (DESIRED) Foreign Affairs Manual 6 FAH-5 H-000 International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) ORGANIZATION (DESIRED). ICASS working capital fund process and procedure (DESIRED) Abilities Work in a fast, dynamic environment, adapt to changes in schedules. Travel, if directed (5 percent minimum). Courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers. Demonstrate a solid ability to solve problems, plan and prioritize personal tasking. Work professionally and successfully in a team environment, but also work independently with minimum supervision or oversight that assure mission success. Anticipate problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. Think critically and seek missing information by investigating new sources of data including research current and new capabilities to determine customer applicability.
