In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission. This position is perfect for an independent worker who will use their Python skills to integrate products within the organization and across the agency baseline. You'll have the opportunity to work with container technologies and service-oriented architectures to enhance capabilities that perform geolocations supporting the warfighter. Responsibilities: Optimize prototype solutions into efficient production services Integrate with other services Strong experience developing in Python. Experience developing Service oriented architectures. Experience developing Microservice solutions. Experience developing scalable solutions, applicable to both large- and small-scale platforms. Experience with Gitlab. Strong experience with container technologies (Preferably Podman, at least Docker) Familiarity with ELK and interfacing with it Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 4 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Minimum Years of Experience: 14 years' experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Preferred: Experience with infrastructure message (i.e., ITX) Experience with Google Proto Buffs Database experience such as Mongo or MySql. Experience with Agile development practices. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
