AdmitIT Sr. System Engineer- TS/SCI with Poly Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management. Responsibilities: Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the AdmitIT Implementation. The candidate will work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and support risk mitigation assessments. The candidate is expected to provide hands-on support for managing configurations, assisting with installation troubleshooting, and cloud technologies. The candidate is expected to provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM AdmitIT documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with AdmitIT mandates. The candidate should understand and work with technologies like JAVA, Kubernetes, SpringBoot, Docker, AWS, ElasticSearch, GITLab CI/CD, micro services architecture, REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Linux, Node.js, PKI/TLS/SSL certificates. Other duties include researching and analyzing cloud security environments, assisting with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages and documentation, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of the platform (Kubernetes), and outlining hardware and software considerations. Must be able to assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support. Qualifications: • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph • 15+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. DoD 8570 compliance with IATLevel I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 20 years. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
