We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our database systems. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring accuracy in all records. Responsibilities:
  • Input and update data into computer systems
  • Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry software
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
  • Experience with database management is a plus
