Summary: Nisga'a Tek is seeking an All Source Analyst - Biosafety/Biosecurity. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Provide full-time onsite subject matter expertise (SME) to conduct all-source intelligence analysis to support NCMI's BioSafety Mission Research, analyze, document, and produce databases and finished studies on existing and planned foreign agricultural, animal, and human BSL 3 & 4 Laboratory Infrastructure and organizations to include intersection with foreign government, defense, biotechnology development, and pharmaceutical industries Provide IC situational awareness of the BSL 3 & 4 Laboratory Infrastructure locations, capacities, limitations, quality, and risks Conduct MIDB data entry, record maintenance, and quality control. Produce reports using MIDB, and other geospatial tools Provide comparison of BSL 3 & 4 Laboratory Infrastructure with U.S. Standards (BMBL) Produce vulnerability assessments, scenarios and analysis, and implications associated with damage or compromise of BSL 3 & 4 labs Follow ODNI analytic writing standards Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Shall possess senior-level skills and experience to provide analysis of Bio-safety Level (BSL) 3 & 4 Laboratory Infrastructure and organizations. Detail-oriented with a proficiency for researching, analyzing, and prioritizing information. Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment. Excellent interpersonal, judgment, and analytical skills. Strong written communication skills. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience working in or with BSL 3&4 laboratory settings. Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Biomedical Science, Laboratory Science, or Biotechnology. Familiarity with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) tradecraft standards. Extensive working knowledge of MIDB production and retrieval as well as other geo-spatial tools. Current TS/SCI with counter-intelligence polygraph.
