Position Summary

The Program Manager is a vital part of the Brighter, Stronger Foundation's leadership team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Onsite Autism and Related Services. This role includes designing quality therapeutic programs, managing clinical and administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The Program Manager also plays a key role in client service delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and staff development, all while upholding the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements for Success

  • Bachelors Degree in Education, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Social Work, or Related Field
  • Active Drivers license
  • 3 yrs experience with working with youth with Autism
  • 2 yrs experience providing Supervision to direct care workers
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 points
  • Satisfactory CJIS report.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
