All Source Analyst Mid This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph Cherokee Preting is seeking qualified individuals to serve as All Source Analysts to support our government client. The All Source Analyst conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. The All Source Analyst provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. All Source Analyst Mid Responsibilities Include: Use information gained from multiple and varied sources to produce operational and / or strategic level assessments and products that address regional defense relationships, strategies, goals, and intentions, and the factors, conditions, or other influences that contribute to or undermine national and regional stability. Fuse strategic all source data and information into strategic all source intelligence products. Produce intelligence products to meet planned or crisis support production requirements. Provide specialized or unique data to support and augment all source analysis. Produce follow-on products when required, including information papers, articles, and briefings. Expand current MIDB/MARS data records to reflect military forces installations, facilities, units, and equipment. Use all source analysis to discover the force disposition and create corresponding records within the MIDB/MARS. Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign military forces on foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition / order of battle. Produces foundational intelligence products and updates appropriate intelligence databases. Apply analytic tradecraft to plan, research, prepare, integrate, publish and brief complex all-source studies, papers, briefings, and assessments on foreign military threats. Coordinate with other Agency elements and Intelligence Community (IC) components on a range of foreign military issues for senior decision-makers. Conduct extensive research and analysis of foreign defensive and offensive military strategy, doctrine, intent, capabilities, operations, force structure and subordination, and supporting services and infrastructure. Serves as a team member on command-wide, multi-disciplinary efforts that involve critical military and cyberspace/space issues. Develops and maintains liaison with counterparts within the command, other national intelligence agencies, and components of U.S. commands to coordinate intelligence assessments. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. All Source Analyst Mid Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience with a portion of that experience within the last two (2) years. Bachelor's degree desired. Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the position. Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Ability to provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
