- Work Hours: Business Hours Monday - Friday, plus availability for leading evening seminars or meeting with clientele.

Retirement Financial Planner Summary:

Retirement Financial Planner Responsibilities:
- Meet with High-Quality Prospects (HQP) with a portfolio ranging from $500k to $12M+, understand their financial needs, and convert them into High-Quality Clients (HQC). The average client portfolio has $1.6mm in investable assets.
- Conduct seminars with potential clients (filled through SAM's marketing efforts) to introduce our services, aiming to inform and invite them for personalized advisement meetings.
- Employ your public speaking prowess to effectively educate clients about the most suitable service options.
- Serve HQCs by providing personalized financial solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Dedicate 80%+ of working time to sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and relationship building.
- Ensure less than 20% of working time is spent on administrative tasks such as writing plans or consulting with the team.
- Lead a team consisting of a Paraplanner (PP) who manages paperwork, asset transfers, and assists with plan preparation.
- Maintain compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and adhere to company policy, considering risk appropriately in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation, assets, and clients.
Retirement Financial Planner Requirements:
- Active State Life and Health License is a must.
- Possession of a Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to take and pass the Series 65 test within 30 days of employment).
- Prior experience in wealth or financial planning, advising, or life and/or annuity sales.
- Strong ability to identify and engage with High-Quality Prospects (HQP) with investable assets ranging from $500k to $12M+.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets and earn substantial income (W2 income potential of $250k - $1mm+ based on performance).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 2 - 4 evenings per week for seminars, mandatory Friday office meetings, and to accommodate client availability.
- Your strengths lie in relationship-building; you're an adept communicator with professional enthusiasm and genuine compassion for every client you serve.
- Strong public speaking skills, as you'll be leading seminars.

- Self-driven, punctual, organized, and structured in managing your day, allowing for effective evening seminar scheduling.
