Description

  • Manage healthcare interior projects, including outpatient centers (surgical centers, physical therapy/rehab facilities, physician offices, dental offices, senior living facilities, etc.)
  • Serve as the single point of contact for projects from preconstruction to closeout
  • Oversee and manage scopes of work, ensuring timely project completion within budget
  • Provide preconstruction input; experience with proposals is preferred but not required
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and brokers to drive project success
  • Exude professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring a positive and lasting relationship

Profile

  • 7-10+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on healthcare interiors
  • Experience in preconstruction is a plus, but not mandatory-willingness to learn is essential
  • Proficient in reading and discussing blueprints and scopes of work
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-facing demeanor
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex healthcare projects
  • Desire to grow within a company with long-term stability and opportunities for development
