Summary: The Center Director is responsible for effectively overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned Verbal Beginnings Center location. They are the culture drivers of their centers, ensuring that each employee has a supportive and exciting work environment where they thrive, grow, and continuously improve. The Center Director holds the clinical team and center administrative team (as applicable) accountable for and supports them in meeting targets around service delivery hours, staff utilization, client census, employee relations management, cultural initiatives, and leadership development to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, positivity, and teamwork through the alignment of VB Values and VBC PACK Values.
  • Model strong leadership through core leader behaviors.
  • Run a balanced center through the equal focus of the following KPI dimensions: client satisfaction, staff satisfaction, internal processes, and financial performance.
  • Hold fun and engaging client/family-focused and employee-focused events.
  • Monitor Center health data
  • Oversee performance metrics and systems for obtaining/reviewing performance metrics for all center staff
  • Provide on-site supervisory support to Program Coordinators / Assistant Clinical Director, Team Coordinators, Office Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator (as applicable) to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of standard operating procedures.
  • Use critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Intake, Finance, Compliance, HR and Recruiting Teams to ensure accurate and timely oversight of related policies and procedures
  • Follow the policies and procedures of Verbal Beginnings, LLC.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Operations experience in Healthcare, ABA, Physical Therapy, or similar field
  • 3+ years of Managerial and Supervisory Experience
  • BCBA or MBA, preferred

Pay Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
