Job description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Coordinate, perform, and support InterImage Integrated Logistics Support processes, programs, and controls.
• Receive, store, document, and transfer materials/equipment essential to the program.
• Provide logistics and export control support as necessary to Government personnel.
• Assist with management processes related to the acquisition and shipping of equipment to worldwide Partners.
• Provide expert level export and control guidance to relevant external customers and offices in the acquisition of systems classified at the S SI or higher level.
• Work individually or as part of a team.
• Experience shall include: Property accounting processes to include the relevant associated forms. Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems.
• Must be willing to TDY to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Basic Qualifications:
• Ten (10) years of experience working as a Logistician. Experience shall include: property accounting processes to include the associated forms
• Shall possess knowledge of automated inventory control systems. Professional experience shall include processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property. Shall have practical experience with processing paperwork related to Government Bill of Lading and the DD1149
• TS/SCI with full scope polygraph
Preferred Qualifications/Ability to:
• Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property.
• Perform program specific logistics management activities. • Maintain and update property accountability and logistics documents as necessary.
• Organize and manage processes essential to integrated logistics support for the program.
• Serve as team lead and manager at the level appropriate to support all facets of the program.
• Identify issues and work to resolve using available resources and best practices.
• Modify and streamline existing logistics practices and processes should they need updating or modification. Clearance Requirements:
• A TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required; however, we are able to start with Conditional Certification of Access (CCA), with the understanding the FSP process will begin shortly after start date. Physical Requirements:
• Reaching, Speaking, Standing, Talking, Working with computer/certs, Working with data, Ability to handle stress & work under pressure, oral & written communication skills, ability to us MS office, ability to use a PC, Interpersonal & people skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
