000 Serves as a technical expert and main point of contact for all IT related matters pertaining to the operations and maintenance of an IT infrastructure and support. The minimum qualifications are: 10 years' of experience in networking managing LANs, WANs, helpdesk, and infrastructure; Expert knowledge of IT systems; Strong written and oral communication; and Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. RESPONSIBILITIES • Serves as a technical expert and main point of contact for all IT related matters pertaining to the operations and maintenance of an IT infrastructure and support. • Lead a team of Systems Engineers in maintaining the enterprise infrastructure and in meeting SLAs for availability, capacity, and performance. • Identify and implement network upgrades to enhance access to 795 terabytes of electronic records and data transactions • Ensure service level agreements are met • Support the management of both physical and virtual server configurations • Support the full life cycle development of mission systems and business applications • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and networking components • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to infrastructure management • Manage capacity planning and forecasting for future infrastructure needs REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience: • 10 years of experience in networking managing LANs, WANs, helpdesk, and infrastructure • Expert knowledge of IT systems • Strong written and oral communication • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. • Clearance: Public Trust Clearance
