Job description

Job Description BAE Systems, a Department of Defense contractor that has been established for more than 35 years, is looking for an Oracle Forms Developer to enhance and maintain existing Oracle database web applications. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years experience with Oracle Database development, focusing on forms and reports. In this role, the Oracle Developer will:
Work with a small team to maintain existing Oracle forms and reports web applications.
Receive project assignments from senior developers, provide timely reports for completion of assignment, report unexpected issues and work through resolutions.
Interact with users on troubleshooting issues, corrections, concerns, or requests for database designs. Respond to issues or errors in a timely manner.
Self-prioritize tasks under guidance of Project Lead or senior developers to complete them in a timely manner.
Help transition a legacy Oracle forms application to the current web environment. Effectively communicate changes, new developments, and proposed resolutions to design and development of forms, reports and other components of Oracle database to project management and other team members.
Conform with company policies and standards on application design, development, and implementation and support cybersecurity requirements as needed.
Work well alone or with collaboratively with other developers. Contribute to group discussions and presentation as needed.The position is primarily on-site in California, MD, however some telework may be authorized on a case by case basis. Limited relocation assistance may be available. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree) and at least 4 years of related experience
At least 4 years of experience with Oracle database forms and reports development in an Oracle database environment (version 10g or greater) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Adobe ColdFusion development experience
Oracle APEX development experience
UNIX scripting experience Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
