Job description

Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Property Administrator to support their team in Bethesda, MD starting ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document property inspections.
  • Handle aspects of billing including preparing, processing, and distributing invoices through platforms and softwares.
  • Assist with move in/out; schedule freight elevator and loading dock.
  • Coordinate fob access, cleaning contractors, and building signage.
  • Maintain files and purchase/maintain office supplies/equipment.
  • Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate degree is required; A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Prior PA/commercial property experience is required.
  • Personable and warm with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.

Position Information:

  • $23/hr-$24/hr while temporary.
  • $50K-$55K when permanent.
  • 100% on-site in Bethesda, MD.
  • Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
