The Mission The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers' mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team's focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets. The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Journeyman HRIS Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following: Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization
Develops data models for analysis
Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership
Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead
Processes/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysis
Tools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL Basic Qualifications: 4-8 years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or 2-6 years with a M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).

While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. Pay Range: Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
