Job description

Connsci is seeking a Clinical Workflow Analyst to support one of our key government clients. This individual will be responsible for mapping various business processes, workflows, and clinical systems primarily in Visio. They will also be responsible for continuous process improvement activities. Specifically, this individual will: • Create workflow diagrams and process maps using Visio
• Collect and document business and functional requirements
• Work with developers to create, maintain and update team level workflows
• Build and optimize business processes, monitoring performance and continuously looking for areas to improve efficiency
• Understand and dissect existing manual business processes and transform them into automated workflows Basic Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in workflow analysis or process improvement
• At least 2 years of experience with Visio
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active Secret clearance per Federal stipulation
• Active Security+ certification Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in documenting workflows
• 2+ years of experience working in a clinical setting or working with healthcare systems
