With a portfolio that includes projects ranging from 4,000 to 45,000 square feet, and contract values between $800,000 and $5 million. They pride themselves on delivering quality work that drives 100% repeat business. Their office is based in Beltsville, MD, and they handle projects across the DC Metro area, including Northern Virginia and Bethesda.

Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in high-end interior projects.

  • Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
  • Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • Experience with interior projects up to $5M
  • Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
