All Star ABA is a therapy provider delivering personalized In-Home ABA therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our quality team of Registered Behavior Therapist (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work together with each child and family in order to create an individualized treatment program.

We are looking for dedicated RBTs to join our extraordinary team of professionals seeking to improve the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA in clients' homes & schools.
  • Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
  • Measure each client's progress and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans by collecting and reporting critical data using our system.
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure satisfaction and the highest quality of care by promptly responding to the needs and requests of clients and their families.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
  • Enthusiastically support the care team by performing tasks as directed by the BCBA/LBA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • RBT certification
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work flexible part-time schedules
  • Experience working with children with ASD, (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
