Who YOU are and what YOU can become:
This role involves leading configuration management activities and managing configurations of nacelles and aerostructures throughout the product lifecycle.
What YOU will do:
- Provide configuration management of nacelle and aerostructure assemblies and components.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to configuration management plans in support of the design development and production processes.
- Interface with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal functions to establish configuration baselines.
- Coordinate and track configuration changes and compliantly process engineering changes.
- Chair program Configuration Change Boards to review change requests, determine change classifications and impacts to the business, and drive the engineering change process.
- Execute product processes to ensure configuration control throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform and support configuration management audits as required.
- Generate, control, and maintain documentation of configuration management data relative to configuration changes and audits.
- Drive team to meet the KPIs for Configuration Management Processes.
- Review configuration management process effectiveness and efficiency and drive continual process improvement with internal functions as well as with customers and suppliers, to meet product and program requirements.
- Facilitate and ensure proper implementation of CM process in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system.
What YOU must bring to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, business, IT or Information/Data Management with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

- Demonstrated experience in a PLM system to manage configurations.

Estimate salary range for this role: $92,080 to $138,120 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
