What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Functional Lead specializing in ERP Procurement and Sourcing. This role is pivotal in leading the discovery, current state analysis, requirements gathering, and future state definition of a large client's financial management system modernization as a Procurement function subject matter expert.
- Act as a s ubject matter expert in Cloud ERP Procurement and Sourcing, advising client on solution architecture, best practices, and process optimizations.
- Lead development of detailed functional and technical documentation of client enterprise procurement function to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client-specific requirements and operational needs for future modernization
- Lead and support multiple discovery workshops with a diverse group of client procurement stakeholders to understand existing procurement processes and systems and unmet needs/requirements
- Use expertise to support discovery and analysis of existing procurement technologies and processes and identify areas for process improvement that align with current ERP financial management systems
- Collaborate closely with other Guidehouse functional discovery teams to align Procurement processes and technologies with broader Financial Management needs
- Provide hands-on leadership in analyzing existing processes and technologies to optimize client procurement function
- Serve as the primary advisor and trusted consultant to clients regarding Procurement functional area , building strong relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and other sessions to educate clients on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and facilitate effective adoption and utilization of Procurement and Sourcing functionalities.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of SEVEN ( 7) years of experience with ERP implementation s and consulting, with a strong focus on ERP Procurement and related functions
- Experience leading discovery and requirements gathering for the procurement process function
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on Cloud ERP solutions implementation , specifically in Procurement, and related functions
- Understanding of Vendor Management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
What Would be Nice to Have:
- Professional ERP and/or financial certification is nice to have but not required
The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
