Offering the full spectrum of professional security services MaxSent delivers Exceptional Without Exception service and we want you to be our next team member As a full time employee of MaxSent the following benefits may be available Major Medical Dental and VisionPaid vacationOpportunities for Senior Management positionsNow hiring for Armed Supervisor Night Shift to support an FPSDHS Federal contract in the Baltimore Area The Supervisors are accountable for the safety and security of the facilities they protect Our Supervisors act as a visible deterrent to crime and client policy infractions; they identify and report suspicious dangerous or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts which may be a threat to the property clients guests or employees at the site Though essential duties may differ based on the post at which they work below are some of the standards Ensure the facility is provided with high quality security services to protect people and propertyBuild improve and maintain effective relationships with the client employees and guestsReport safety concerns security breaches and unusual circumstances verbally and in writingHandle security issues and emergency situations according to MaxSent and property specific protocolUnderstand site specific operations including manuals and post ordersEnsure a positive Customer Experience for all visitors guests etcGreet guests and employees in a cheerful and welcoming mannerAnswer questions and assist guests and employeesRemain flexible to ever changing environment; adapts well to different situationsPatrol the facility on foot or in a vehicleAnswer phones greet guests and employeesMonitor closed circuit television systems and alarmsDirects traffic on or about grounds when necessary; this may include assisting and monitoring visitors guests and patients in the parking lotsWrite detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports DARsRespond to emergency situations requiring security assistanceMaintain all current licensing and training requirementsDevelop and maintain schedules for a multi site operationCoordinate and complete weekly payroll as well as official reportsProvide training and discipline to subordinate officers as neededUnderstand site specific operations including manuals and post ordersQualifications Must be a United States Citizen or aLawful permanent resident who is currently a member of or who possesses a verifiable honorable discharge from any component of the United States Armed ForcesBeen issued a Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration which bears the individuals names and social security numberOne 1 year supervisor or management experienceHave verifiable documentation of at least one experience level and at least one educational level or any reasonable combination listed belowA minimum of two 2 years of security armed or law enforcement experience; orA minimum of two 2 years of honorable service as a member of any US Armed forces componentPossess a high school diploma or GED ora minimum of 60 credit hours in a related field from an accredited institution orSuccessful completion of a federalstate certified law enforcement education and training or police officers standard training course that may result in a law enforcement appointment or commissionExperience with Microsoft OfficeOutstanding interpersonal and communications skills required verbal and written fluency in English is requiredAbility to work in a team oriented environment with the ability to work independentlyAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writingNeat and professional appearanceFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to provide quality customer serviceAbility to handle emergency situations efficiently and effectively at client siteAnnual salary 90000 MaxSent is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce We are an Equal Opportunity Employer making decisions without regard to race color religion sex gender gender identity or expression national origin age veteran status disability or any other protected class
