Expected salary range of $67,500 to $75,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Constellation Home is seeking a qualified professional with proven experience and results to join our Accounts Receivables team as an Analyst ll. The Analyst Il position within Accounts Receivables is responsible for monitoring and executing day-to-day workflow activities as well as managing medium to complex exception handling activities while meeting service level agreements with internal and external customers. The Analyst II will analyze billing data to identify billing inconsistencies and inefficiencies, as well as execute communication initiatives that align with broader business objectives. The Analyst Il is responsible for becoming a subject matter expert in the assigned business function areas and will directly collaborate with team members, project groups, Information Technology, and cross functional teams to support changing business needs.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Cross Functional Communications (Operational Excellence): Review and communicate issues to team members, leads, management and stakeholders with emphasis on customer information. Initiate and foster collaboration with team members to ensure seamless customer support and knowledge transfer. Interface with internal and/or external customers in handling and resolving inquires as needed. Proactively communicate workflow system or process concerns to avoid or fully remediate issues that cross multiple groups. Adopt and support change management activities.
- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution (Problem Solving / Analytics): Responsible for compiling and reporting on departmental activities (ex. billing activity, revenue forecasts, aging, etc.). Exercise appropriate judgment and analytical abilities, leveraging subject matter experts, when necessary, to investigate discrepancies and inefficiencies in work processes, as well as inconsistencies in customer data. Take necessary actions to resolve issues and work with other functional teams as needed.
- Ensure Effortless Customer Experience Performing Operational Duties (Operational Excellence): Responsible for one or more of the following functions of the order to cash process: managing data used to ensure accuracy, competitive pricing, managing bad debt and accurate billing for customers while minimizing risk to Constellation Home developing and managing reporting with an emphasis on scalability into visualization platforms (PowerBI/SRSS) managing customer payments to ensure accurate posting of cash to customer accounts and accurate revenue recognition vendor and system support executes tactical action plan across multiple mediums with a measurement plan to analyze effectiveness and direct future activity assist in creation and management of assets across various mediums (ex. mail, email, outbound calling, autodialers, etc.).
- Comprehension/Adherence of Policies and Controls (Operational Excellence): Maintain an understanding of business, contractual, regulatory, and market policies and ensure assigned workflow processes are aligned. Ensure that all Sarbanes-Oxley (
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree and minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a 4-year degree
- Strong computer background/experience, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with PowerBI and SRRS programs
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with internal and external parties as required
- Established analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation, serving internal and external clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
- Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to organize and prioritize a fast-paced, heavy workload

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Great Plains
- Prior experience in the home services industry using CRM and/or Order-to-Cash workflow systems
