ASRC FEDERAL (Agile Decision Sciences) is seeking a Data Analyst Senior (Oracle SQL DBA) for our contract located at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This position is REMOTE with occasional travel to the customer site required. Position Description: This position supports data analysis and database administration efforts under ASRC Federal's CECOM SETA Support within the PEO EIS MSP. The PEO EIS MSP ensures that the U.S. Army's data and databases are efficiently managed and secure. As a Data Analyst Senior (Oracle SQL DBA), you will be responsible for managing Oracle SQL databases, ensuring their performance, reliability, and security while supporting data sourcing, integration, and analysis tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business management, marketing, administration, information technology, or a closely related field. An advanced degree is preferred. 5 years minimum experience working with data, including data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration, within the last 7 years. 3 years minimum professional business experience developing Tableau applications, dashboards, and data models within the last 5 years. This experience may be concurrent with the above experience. Strong SQL skills to query SQL databases. 2 years of experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx is preferred. 2 years minimum Business Intelligence experience, including experience with data sourcing, data integration, and data quality projects within the last 5 years. This experience may be concurrent with the above experience. Experience analyzing and defining business processes and documentation that need IT solutions. Ability to work with minimal direction and focus on delivering results in a fast-paced work environment. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Must be U.S Citizen eligible for a secret security clearance. Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle SQL Database (DB) administrator. Proficiency in Oracle SQL DB Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO). Experience with Oracle DB backups, restores, and recovery models. Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server. Experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Desired Skills: Knowledge of ERP SAP environments. Working knowledge of DevSecOps. Working knowledge of ServiceNow. Experience working in an Agile Framework environment.
