Apply in 60 seconds at Summary: • SYSTOLIC is seeking an AWS certified engineer to help transition customer systems to the AWS cloud. Qualifications & Compensation: • 5+ years proven experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role in a GovCloud production environment • Very strong DevOps or Development-focused (high performers, self-starters) • 5+ years working with AWS technologies in GovCloud regions • 3+ years working with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) • 3+ years working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline • 3+ years working with automation tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible • 3+ years working with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana • 5+ years working in scrum teams, and building, estimating, and grooming tickets • Experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.) • Candidates who meet these requirements will receive an annual compensation of approximately $290K/yr Job Description: • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for a cloud-native web application leveraging AWS and AI technologies • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling using AWS tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. • Collaborate with development and AI teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and models. • Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security within an AWS environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development, testing, and production environments. • Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker. • Ensure robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems are in place using AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or similar tools. • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and implementation Preferred Requirements: • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect • Experience with serverless architecture and AWS Lambda functions • Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments • Experience designing artificial intelligence/machine learning applications About SYSTOLIC: SYSTOLIC is dedicated to giving our employees the best possible company experience so that they can focus on providing outstanding support to their customer's mission.
