• Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
• Manage processes for DevOps' incident response and configuration within ServiceNow
• Provide oversight and guidance to administrators responsible for the overall health of the ServiceNow Production and Pre-production environments
• Provide oversight and guidance to the SDaaS project management team
• Perform ServiceNow configuration requests • Fulfill customer incidents and requests • As a member of the DevOps leadership team, coordinate with other Ops managers on program initiatives and incidents WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: 2+ year experience with DevOps
4+ year experience performing ServiceNow configuration and validation
2+ year experience with Agile Software Development • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem solving
• Location: On Site

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
