Position Summary: The Kenjya-Trusant Group (KTG) is seeking a Farsi Operational Language Analyst - Native (OLAN) performs tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations. Essential Job Functions: Perform tasks required to process voice/and or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations.
Recover essential elements of information.
Render translations and/or transcripts that are complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.
Minimum Required Qualifications: Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required. Level 3 Four (4) years full-time experience translating at ILR 3 in target language or eight (8) years without degree.
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of work experience.
ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic.
One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.
Level 4 Eight (8) years full-time experience translating at ILR 3 in target language or twelve (12) years without degree
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of work experience.
ILR Skill Level 3 in BOTH Audio and Graphic.
Four (4) of eight (8) years in crypto language processing in target language. Crypto Language Processing: scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases, QC'ing, mentoring, and drafting intel reports.
Three (3) or Four (4) years primary duty: translating, transcribing, and/or gisting.
Two (2) of Four (4) years has to be within 4 years of resume submission.
One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard. Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Level III: The proposed salary range for this position is: $165,000 - $212,000. Level IV: The proposed salary range for this position is: $244,000 - $284,000.
