Azusa Solutions is seeking an Cloud Administrator/Engineer, who will also assist with data migration, to join our team of talented consultants. Please note this role is currently listed in Annapolis Junction (NBP), MD but there is a strong possibility work can also be performed in Reston, VA. Description: Seeking a resource to support an enterprise HCM transformation effort that involves standing up a new Oracle Cloud HCM environment within the US Intelligence community. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable both working directly with customers and with an innovative internal team Environments Administrator Responsibilities: • Perform user administration tasks in a cloud environment
• Perform identity management tasks in a cloud environment
• Author/maintain Standard Operating Procedures for O&M environments
• IaaS and PaaS administration experience
• Exposure to Linux environment Data Migration Responsibilities: • Facilitate the incremental migration of existing Agency Human Capital Management (HCM) data to the new Oracle Cloud HCM environment
o Develop and support modifications/extensions to the project's source data extraction, source data error identification, and source data transformation processes
o Support loading data, monitoring progress, and reporting errors
o Support, compile, and summarize identified data issues and proposed fixes to the Maryland Program Office (MPO) for review and decision on resolution
o Correct data ingest/validation issues
• Move historical data from the legacy system to a Database as a Service (DBaaS) Virtual Machine (VM) instance
• Use Cloud HCM to manage data quality by leveraging build edits and a rules engine for data entry to control data as it is entered, and through workflows
• Implement Mass Personnel Action Processing (PAR) corrections using automated methods to correct data Qualifications: • User administration experience in any cloud environment
• Identity Management experience in any cloud environment
• Fourteen (14) years' experience as an engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexit
• Technical flexibility to work with on-premises and cloud-based tools and applications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Five (5) years of additional experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree Ideal Candidate: • Technical experience developing/supporting in Linux environment
• Technical experience in Oracle RDBMS development, preferably SQL, PL/SQL
• Technical experience developing/supporting solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools • Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM)/Oracle Fusion Configuration Package Management
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)
• In lieu of HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications Clearance: Active/current TS/SCI with Poly required Pay and Benefit Information:
Pay Range $180,000 - $195,000 The pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
