Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Intelligence professional with extensive knowledge as a signals intelligence (SIGINT) advisor, technical subject matter expert, and policy analyst to serve as a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert. The candidate will provide advice on SIGINT policy, capabilities, and operational employment of SIGINT assets to deliver strategic materiel solutions. They will liaise with key stakeholders to support PL SSW efforts. The candidate will also coordinate with the Army Cryptologic Office to ensure full-scope SIGINT operational considerations align with SIGINT system Programs of Record (PoR). This position will work out of both the Aberdeen Provings Grounds and Ft. Meade locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Advise on SIGINT policy, capabilities, and operational employment of SIGINT assets to deliver strategic materiel solutions to the Army of 2030, supporting Multi-Domain Operations. Liaise with key Stakeholders to support PL SSW's efforts. Coordinate with Army Cryptologic Office to ensure full-scope SIGINT operational considerations align with SIGINT system Programs of Record (PoR). Maintain SIGINT military-to-military (SM2M) relationships on behalf of PL SSW. Prepare correspondence and technical point papers. Maintain cognizance of SIGINT operations and training in multiple countries throughout Europe and the Pacific. Conduct analysis, subsystem analysis, architecture/subsystem decomposition, requirements, implementation, integration, and verification of ground based ELINT and EW systems. Collaborate across multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs. Ability to self-manage and pace responsibilities to ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner. Conceives new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problems. Develops presentations for support activities and/or higher headquarters to summarize results of actions against predetermined plans, current status or plans, progress, deficiencies, and outstanding accomplishments. Work amongst a team of engineers, analysts, and operators to ensure efficient and accurate intelligence production. Conduct technical analysis of foreign threat systems and develop countermeasures in coordination with PL SSW prime and sub-contractors. Provide expert guidance and training to team members and vendors on new technologies and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in SIGINT and EW technologies. Represent PL SSW at industry events and conferences. Requirements Minimum Requirements Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated expertise in collection, policy, intelligence oversight, analysis and production, intelligence strategic planning, budgeting, combined operations with allied and partner nations, and capabilities development and fielding. Proven leadership experience and the ability to collaborate and plan integration of intelligence with operations at Army Command and Geographic Combatant Command staff levels. Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams. Extensive knowledge of intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Clearance Must currently posses an active TS/SCI Experience Minimum of 15 years of experience in SIGINT and EW operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Possess 15 years of military service and possess extensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Army policies and procedures for contingency and crisis planning of SIGINT operations. Education Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline Desired Requirements MS or Ph.D in a technical discipline Experience with GEOINT, MASINT, technical signals exploitation, modeling and simulation. Expertise in geolocation, intelligence reporting, and commonly used analysis tool suites. Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions. Experience working with government and military customers. Other Qualifications Ability to travel a minimum of 25% is required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
