Project/Product Manager Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity: CACI is looking for a Project/Product Development Manager to manage customer requirements and to provide technical oversight to a broad team of developers creating a complex set of software and hardware solutions. Responsibilities: Provide leadership, technical expertise, and project management to meet customer requirements. Manage the development and delivery of software and hardware product releases and updates according to customer delivery schedule. Communicate with stakeholders and guide and evaluate deliverables. Qualifications: Required: Active Top-Secret clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of experience in software development or software development management. Experience developing or managing development on DoD programs. Experience developing work plans and milestones based on customer requirements. Knowledge of and familiarity with secure software development life cycle, principles and standards. Experience working with small to medium enterprise business solutions beyond the standard development role. Familiarity with the CI/CD concepts, practice and implementation. Desired: Experience with implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, AWS / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations. Knowledge of or experience with modeling and simulation tools. Experience with graphic design and 3D environment development including Unreal Engine. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
