Job description

As the Process Design Engineer you will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes into equipment design and production.

Description

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet performance, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate process solutions into equipment design and development.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate technical challenges.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
  • Lead or support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust process performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Generate detailed process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and validation reports.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Profile

In return for a competitive compensation packet, the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks
  • Pneumatic assembly automation knowledge
  • Knowledge of membrane testing protocols
  • Strong technical ability in process analysis

Job Offer

  • Base Salary of $65,000 to $75,000
