Job description

1. Secret Clearance (Interim clearance can be considered for the right candidate)
2. Security+ CE certification
3. A minimal amount of desktop support, troubleshooting, help desk experience, or a general interest in IT Job Duties: System Maintenance and Support:
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
Provide support for IT infrastructure such as workstations, servers, networks, printers, VPNs, and related hardware and software in a Microsoft Windows environment User Support:
Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation.
Train end-users on how to set up and use new technologies Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot problems with IT systems, networks, and hardware.
Document IT support issues and their resolutions for future reference Security and Compliance:
Implement IT policies and procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized access.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Technology Evaluation:
Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field2.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) can be highly advantageous Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
