Warehouse/Terminal Manager for White Glove Delivery Operation


We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to assist in running our NOLA Operations. We are a successful and growing specialty logistics company with 11 locations across the US. We receive, store, deliver, and install sensitive/valuable/special requirements equipment throughout the region. We run our own warehouse and delivery trucks (non-CDL) with our experienced full-time employees.


The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operations as well as assisting the Operations Manager as needed while fully supported by our corporate team in terms of the operations system, HR, and benefits, billing and accounts payable. Training on our specialized equipment and customer requirements will be provided.


The key job responsibilities and requirements are:

  • Grow, train and develop an outstanding team of drivers
  • Maintain and nurture the existing client relationships related to daily operations
  • Using our proprietary operations systems, schedule people and trucks daily to be successful and profitable
  • Provide exceptional customer service, and instill those values in our team. Create a positive working environment.
  • Have a do whatever it takes mentality to serving our customers.
  • Previous managerial responsibility of teams 5-20 people or greater in a service industry, preferably within transportation. Comparable logistics experience internal to a company could also qualify.
  • Good decision making.
  • Solid computer skills, and very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT Medical exam for a DOT Card or already have one.
  • A valid drivers license and very good MVR record is required.
  • Non-smoking and drug free. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

SALARY: $45,000 - $55,000 plus Quarterly Bonuses

Work Hours: full-time position Monday to Friday, rarely with work on weekends.

Position immediately available. Competitive initial base wage depending on experience level.
