Providing product or service information: Assisting customers by providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions. 4. Processing orders and returns: Helping customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and refunds. 5. Maintaining customer records: Updating and maintaining customer information in databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. 6. Upselling and cross-selling: Recommending additional products or services that may benefit the customer based on their needs and preferences. 7. Handling escalations: Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher levels of management for further assistance and resolution.
