Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Production Goals: Meet your established business production objectives.
  • Sales Activities: Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
  • Referral Generation: Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Cross-Selling: Treat each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
  • Team Collaboration: Share training and knowledge with team members to foster collective success.
  • Compliance: Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead Generation: Engage in various lead generation activities, including calls, texts, and emails.
Job Requirements:
  • Licensing: A valid Life & Health producer license in good standing is required (we can assist you in obtaining this if you do not currently have one).
