What we're looking for: We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator, particularly in large-scale commercial projects within key verticals such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Corporate, Institutional, and Light Industrial.
IDEAL Candidate :
In this role, you are accountable for administrative support of assigned construction projects as it relates to project documentation, monitoring, and coordination, to ensure scheduled completion within established budget, time, and quality standards. As an individual contributor, you will work under general supervision, make decisions based on established procedures, and have nominal budgetary responsibility.
High School diploma, or equivalent; College Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of work experience in an administrative support role, including at least one-year in construction or related industry. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills. Basic knowledge of various software applications including PM software (Procore preferred), and accounting software including the ability to understand cost spreadsheets.
Proficiency in of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation and adjustment to monthly billings, and preparation of bar chart schedules including predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags. Basic knowledge of AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
