• Flexible work schedule on Nights to support work-life balance! Choose between 4-day work weeks (10-hour shifts) or 5-day work weeks (8-hour shifts) on a Monday - Friday Schedule.

• Play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our Respiratory Therapy Department, while working alongside a dedicated and compassionate team.
Manager of Respiratory Therapy Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 24/7 respiratory therapy operations.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Implement procedures, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on resident and facility needs.
• Lead pulmonary rounds and foster a positive work environment.
• Drive quality improvement and innovation in care.
• Educate and counsel residents and families.
• Uphold professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications We're Looking For:
• Active, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky.
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A minimum of Two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility preferred.
• A minimum of Five years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
