Our client handles all requests for employee hardware and software. They will need to have experience working in a servicenow system and would be responsible for the following:

• Ordering end-user requested Hardware and Software

• Fulfilling end-user SW requests and assigning software licenses

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Compliance checks for IT Asset Management Systems

• Reconciliation tasks, reconcile data pertaining to our IT Asset Management Database, namely PC data and Cell Phone data

Intermediate Level
