Trainer I - Fort Campbell, KY Job Function/Responsibilities/Qualifications: Works independently under general supervision to develop, implement and evaluate advanced MCIS instructions and materials Advises and makes recommendations on the delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions Conducts training classes, over the shoulder assistance, demonstrations and leads ground discussions for Small Unit CO and below units 4-years relevant military experience operating Army MCIS training Familiar with small unit training.
