Onin Staffing's On-Site Supervisor will work between the local branch office and our client's facility in Elizabethtown, KY to assist with overseeing the staffing operation as a liaison between our client, our teammates, and our servicing branch. This is a 2nd shift position requiring weekdays and weekends with a starting compensation of $39K to $41K, depending upon relevant experience.

The Responsibilities

• High level of organization
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with teammates
• Trained on the payroll for their specific site
• Supervise check-in process and end-of-shift paperwork
• Builds strong relationships with clients by understanding the business and staffing needs to create solutions
• Monitors attendance and manages teammates through coaching, counseling, motivating, termination, and investigating
• Respond to teammates on time
• Maintains teammate recognition and retention programs
• Keep an open line of communication regarding order status

• Staffing and/or recruiting experience preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision
• Ability to identify and execute appropriate actions to resolve issues
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner
