Job description
The Upmarket/Enterprise Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads from enterprise targets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to optimize our digital experience on the website and enhance our lead funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation and overall engagement
- Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target enterprise clients.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies specifically targeting enterprise-level clients.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel, segment audiences, and track engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing strategy and sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new lead generation opportunities.
- A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, sales, marketing strategy, digital enablement teams and developers to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Agency Relationship Management: Work closely with Digital Agency to help support the online experience and create an optimal digital journey.

Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidates could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce).
- Experience with design tools (eg Figma) is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in digital lead generation and digital customer acquisition strategies for B2B markets.
Preferred
- BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).
- Experience in telecommunications industry desired
USD 85 300.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
