Job description

Requirements:

  • Team Environment: High functioning, collaborative, influential
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Economics, or other relevant majors.
  • 5+ years professional experience working in business operations
  • Responsibilities: Creation and Implementation of digital processes within Weever, creation and maintenance of KPI tracker within PowerBI, monitor and measurement of aligned KPIs
  • Required Experience, any deal breakers:
  • Experience leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably regional and/or global teams.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to understand business strategies and translation/merge into supply programs.
  • Strong facilitation and critical thinking skills as demonstrated by a history of facilitating teams in making decisions and solving problems.
  • Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to initiate and nurture change.
  • Manages Ambiguity; Communicates Effectively; Collaborates; Strategic Thinker; Tech Savvy
  • Industry Experience (software / websites) Must have and good to have:
  • Weever, PowerBI (required), MS Suite (required)
  • Preferred Education: M.S Computer Technology/Information Systems
