Gpac has partnered with a Agriculture company in North Central Kansas who is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join their team. This pivotal role involves overseeing employees, managing planting,applications, harvesting, input costs, datatracking, ordering, equipment logistics and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader to join a dynamic and thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate activities of farm, including planting and harvest.
• Assist in developing and implementing a crop production plan and schedule for the calendar year.
• Maintain and operate farm equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Communicate and propose new ideas and suggestions for improving profitability and efficiency of the farm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
• 3 years simular experience in agriculture management/Farm Operations Management/Agronomy background is highly preferred
• Proficiency in operating farm equipment and knowing technology.
• Familiarity with Native grass and seed cleaning process
