Client standards expectation are high and require attention to detail with the utmost professionalism in moderate to refined settings. Our positions focus on achieving established lifecare objectives and developing friendship connections, all while maintaining decorum and professional composure.
This is a part-time position. Our current immediate need priorities are mostly evenings and weekends. Some daytime positions available and increased hours for ideal candidates with flexible schedules. Advancement opportunities are possible based on performance and company fit. Our sliding scale compensation typically ranges from $22-30/hour depending on assignment and differential. Some of our best employees have no formal training or healthcare experience. Prior experience is not a determining factor in starting wages. Please be punctual and reliable with excellent references. Our focus is on humanity-based lifecare. Any personal or professional experience in providing excellence in person-to-person services can be beneficial in acclimating to position, but all positions will receive full training. This is a great opportunity for part-timers, retired or quasi-retired, stay-at-homes, part-time nursing field professionals or students, or anyone looking for supplemental income/spending money.
Assignments can include preparing delicious meals and assisting with the care of the home. Promoting healthy hygiene and maintaining activity goals are standard. We look for those who can use creative and original approaches to support client life enhancement. Organized self starters who thrive in independent settings but fully embrace the team mentality are a must. All employees are informed of a potential client's needs prior to placement to ensure they will excel in the position.
